This dress fabric is a light weight, crisp and has a cool hand feel. This fabric would be stunning at creating gathers and puff sleeve details. This fabric also has 10% stretch making your makes comfortable and well fitting.
It is a perfect fabric for creating skirts, puff sleeve blouses, dresses or even a cut shirt and shorts co ord set!
