Please be aware we are still experiencing delays in postage. Royal mail and our international courier partners are working at reduced capacity due to various covid measures. This means orders are taking longer to arrive in many instances.
Where is my parcel?
We are experiencing delays of up to 2 weeks with Royal mail. If you live in the UK and have placed and an order in the last 2 weeks we may not respond. Please contact us again if it still has not arrived after 2 weeks.
For orders placed outside of the UK please allow up to 6 weeks for shipping at present.
Amendments to Orders
Sorry we are not able to change, amend or combine orders at present. If you have requested a change to your order we may not respond to you.
If you have any questions about any fabric, or concerns that the fabric may not be right for your intended project, please use our sample service to see and feel the fabrics for yourself.
Enquiries regarding technical questions may take particularly long to be answered at the moment as our customer service team is focused on customer orders.
