Free Samples

I ordered some samples as there is a wedding coming up and I am looking for ideas. I find that fabrics begin the creative processes.....I had ordered some samples, but I heard promptly from Fabric Godmother to let me know that two fabrics had sold out and one only had a limited length left. I was then able to change my selection and I now have them and the dress debate has begun! Other stores would have just sent what they had in stock, so thank you Fabric Godmother!

Excellent to be able to feel fabrics and get a true colour

Fabric Godmother was very helpful and prompt in sending me fabric samples for a prom dress. They arrived the next day and were very much as pictured on the website; one of them was just the colour and type of fabric we were looking for.

I love the fact that Fabric Godmother offers such a range of unusual and lovely fabrics, nothing run of the mill at all.

I requested samples for a possible dress project - a quick response but felt I needed something a little thicker for this particular pattern.

I love Fabric Godmother my favourite site for fabric, patterns and great ideas all round. My fabric samples were sent straight away and I ordered 2 metres of the Gina peach skin - it's even better than I thought can't wait to get sewing my new dress.

Very good, reasonably-sized samples, helpful for getting a feel of the fabric.

I was really pleased I got the samples before getting the fabric . The sample sizes are good ,you could see and feel the fabric , I would use this service again .
