Add the name and colour of any fabrics that you wish to receive a sample of, we will send you up to 3 free of charge per order. (P&P is charged at checkout £2.50 in the UK)
Our samples are approx. 6x10cm and are to give you an idea of the weight/ colour of a fabric.
If you require a bigger piece of fabric to see a complete repeat or all the colours in a design please contact us
If you require more than 3 samples please place multiple orders.

Well worth sending for samples, it can help stop you making expensive mistakes. I try to combine with a full fabric order to save the p&p costs

Oh, I'm so glad I got some samples! I'm a novice sewer (sewist?!) and thought 'jersey was jersey' pretty much, cotton or viscose, - oh, so wrong! And some of the colours are not quite what I'd expected either! The feel of each type is very different - I suppose as a beginner I need to use the cotton ones, but the Tencel, and a Bamboo I've used, just feel so lovely ... ! I'm lining a simple cape (or three!) so the cotton would be OK.
Definitely worthwhile 'trying before you buy' (or waiting for an Open Day!)
It is so difficult when ordering on-line to know if the colour is right - also I like to feel fabric before I buy it. I ordered 3 samples - one I personally did not like the feel of, one was too bright for me, but luckily, in true Goldilocks fashion the third was just right and I have ordered enough to make a pair of summer trousers. Probably would not have ordered without seeing the sample, so thank you for supplying them so quickly.
Prompt service and enough fabric to get an idea of weight and hand. Have since purchased more of one of the fabrics for a maxi dress.
