Full Terms and Conditions
- The promoter
The promoter is Fabric Godmother Ltd, company number 09369122, registered at 5 Chapel Road, Brighton, BN41 1PF (“the Promoter”). - Promotional period
The promotion opens at 00:00 GMT on 30 October 2026 and closes at 23:59 GMT on 12 November 2026, or when 500 eligible orders have been received, whichever happens first. - Eligibility
The promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 or over who place an order for delivery to a UK address during the promotional period. - Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, agents, suppliers and anyone professionally connected with the promotion may not participate.
- Eligible orders
The first 500 qualifying UK orders received and accepted for fulfilment during the promotional period will be allocated consecutive positions in the order recorded by the Promoter’s ecommerce system. - Each eligible order will receive one position. A customer placing more than one separate eligible order will receive one position for each qualifying order.
- Orders containing a Dream Wardrobe product are excluded. This includes new subscriptions, recurring subscription orders and one-off Dream Wardrobe purchases.
- Orders containing only digital products or digital gift vouchers are excluded because no physical parcel is dispatched.
- Orders of Advent Calendar will be excluded as they may not be sent or opened within the timeframe.
- Cancelled, fraudulent or fully refunded orders that have not been dispatched are excluded. Customers’ statutory rights are not affected.
- No separate entry fee is charged. Products will remain available at their usual prices during the promotion.
- Golden Ticket selection
Before the promotion begins, 28 unique winning positions will be selected at random from positions 1 to 500 using a verifiably random computer process or under the supervision of an independent person. - Eligible orders will be numbered consecutively as they are received and accepted for fulfilment. When an eligible order matches a winning position, a Golden Ticket identifying the prize will be placed inside the parcel before dispatch.
- The 28 prizes will be assigned to the winning positions at random before the promotion begins. The selection and prize-allocation process will be recorded and independently verified.
- If fewer than 500 eligible orders are received before the closing date, any prizes assigned to positions that have not been reached will be randomly reallocated among eligible non-winning orders. The affected winners will be contacted directly because their original parcels may already have been dispatched.
- The prizes

- 10 × Fabric Godmother PDF sewing patterns
- 1 × £100 Fabric Godmother gift voucher
- 2 × £50 Fabric Godmother gift vouchers
- 5 × £20 Fabric Godmother gift vouchers
- Each Dream Wardrobe prize consists of one monthly Dream Wardrobe box. It does not create an ongoing subscription and no future payments will be taken. The appropriate size option will be arranged with each winner after the prize has been claimed.
- Each PDF pattern winner may choose one currently available Fabric Godmother own-brand PDF sewing pattern. Printed patterns and printing services are not included.
- T-shirt sizes and sewing-label designs are subject to availability. Fabric Godmother gift vouchers are subject to the standard terms applying to gift vouchers at the time they are issued.
- Prizes are non-transferable, may not be resold and have no cash alternative.
- If a prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may provide a reasonable substitute of equal or greater value.
- Claiming a prize
Golden Ticket winners must email info@fabricgodmother.com within 30 days of the winning order being dispatched. - The claim email must include the winner’s name, order number, contact details and a clear photograph of the Golden Ticket.
- There is no charge for claiming a prize. The Promoter may request reasonable additional information to verify the winning order and the winner’s eligibility.
- The Promoter may withhold a prize where the claimant does not meet these terms, cannot verify the winning order or has obtained, copied or altered a Golden Ticket fraudulently.
- Validly claimed prizes will normally be delivered or issued within 30 days of verification. Physical prizes will only be delivered to a UK address.
- If a prize is not claimed within 30 days of the winning order being dispatched, the Promoter may withdraw the winner’s entitlement and reallocate the prize through a further independently verified random selection from eligible non-winning orders.
- Winner information
The surname and county of verified winners will be available on request by emailing info@fabricgodmother.com within three months of the closing date. - Winners may object to or request a reduction in the information published or made available. The Promoter may still provide winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority where required.
- Personal information
Personal information will be used to administer the promotion, verify eligibility, deliver prizes and meet the Promoter’s legal obligations. It will be processed in accordance with the Fabric Godmother Privacy Policy and will not be used for additional marketing unless the participant has separately consented. - General conditions
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify an entry where it reasonably believes there has been fraud, abuse, manipulation of the promotion or a breach of these terms. - The Promoter may amend, suspend or cancel the promotion only where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this unavoidable. Any action taken will preserve fairness to participants wherever reasonably possible.
- The Promoter is not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
- This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta. Participants release Instagram and Meta from responsibility in connection with the promotion, to the extent permitted by law.
- These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Participants retain any mandatory rights to bring proceedings in the part of the United Kingdom in which they live.
- By placing an eligible order during the promotional period, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
