Description

A Fabric Godmother exclusive vintage tile print, printed onto the most wonderful quality viscose crepe dressmaking fabric.

Fabric Godmother has developed these fabrics in a exclusive collaboration with the Print Pattern Archive. Bringing vintage prints to life, this one was a sample of a 1970's Italian wallpaper.

This viscose crepe has a wonderful weight and an amazing drape to it.

Use it to make a shirt, dress or wide legged trousers.

This crepe dress fabric is 100% viscose and is 132cm wide.

Viscose is a fibre that is derived from wood pulp, making it a natural fabric that is more breathable than cotton. It is also known as Rayon.

Please allow 5% shrinkage for this fabric as viscose has a tendency to shrink in the first wash.

Machine washable at 30 degrees, cool iron, gentle tumble dry or hang out to dry straight after washing, please note when you wash viscose it can become stiff when wet but the softness and drape will return as it dries.

We now sell all our dressmaking fabric in HALF METRE increments. The price is per HALF METRE. Enter 2 in the quantity box to buy 1 metre etc. All orders will be cut in a continuous piece.

We try our best to give an accurate representation of our fabrics, however due to varying monitor settings the colours may differ slightly to the original fabric. If you want to be sure about the colour, weight or size of a design please order a sample.

It’s crazy that a metre of fabric can make me want to book a holiday! Silky soft to the touch and perfect for a floaty number, I love it!

    Absolutely gorgeous!

This fabric arrived at the house last week and it was so gorgeous - the drape is beautiful, the fabric itself is a little textured which is lovely. It an absolutely gorgeous fabric - I'll be making a midi-dress with a cut out back with it - but it would lend itself to so many projects. I'm almost annoyed I didn't get more of it to create more things with it! Love it!
