Sewaholic Granville Shirt (Intermediate)

Your new favourite shirt!

The Granville Shirt is a fitted button-front shirt with optional front pockets, and long sleeves with tailored plackets and cuffs. Front darts add subtle shaping, and the back princess seams are designed to fit the curve of your lower back in an extremely flattering way. The yoke is self-lined, and the two-piece collar looks sharp under a jacket or sweater.

It's a feminine take on a menswear staple - an instant classic! Will you make this shirt pattern in a pretty floral cotton lawn or an edgy chambray? Or maybe both?

Sizing is proportioned for a pear-shaped figure: smaller bust and waist, larger hips.

US sizes 0-20 included in this sewing pattern

    Granville Shirt

I'm just in the process of tracing my pattern so haven't sewn this pattern yet. I chose the pattern because it has all the elements I want in a shirt and I'm looking forward to attempting my first collar stand. The pattern looks promising so I'm keen to get started.
