Pared-down romance with a soft, laidback feel, that's the Sabrina Skirt for you. The Sabrina Skirt is a beginner-friendly gathered skirt with a cool, curved yoke, comfy elastic waistband, and delicate side ties made to frolic and flirt.
Featuring thoughtful details like subtle inseam pockets and an optional lining, Sabrina's the fun-loving friend you'll want at your side all season long. Designed to sit at your natural waist with a hem that falls just above your ankles, Sabrina's midi length is perfect for year-round wear, meaning she's more than just a summer fling.
Sewing Level: Beginner
RECOMMENDED FABRICS
Sabrina works well in a variety of lightweight woven fabrics. Look for something opaque, with a relaxed drape, like cotton lawn, batiste, poplin, or lightweight linen and linen blends.
For the optional lining, choose something smooth and breathable like cotton voile, lightweight viscose, or silk habotai.
We always recommend pre-washing your fabric in the manner you intend to wash your finished garment; this way, your garment will not shrink during the first wash.

FIT & DRAFTING NOTES
This pattern is drafted for a height of 5’7” (170 cm). Sabrina is designed to sit at your natural waist, with a midi length that falls just above the ankles.
The skirt is drafted with generous ease through the hips, so we recommend choosing your size based on your waist measurement. If you have a higher waist-to-hip ratio, be sure to cross-check with the finished garment measurements.
We always recommend sewing a muslin before cutting out your final fabric to ensure you achieve the best possible fit.
