If you need to cancel a class with 14 days of the class date we will attempt to fill your space but if not, we will not be able to offer any refund. If you think you won’t be able to attend, please contact us as soon as possible and we will try to fill your space. This is on the condition that the class is full. If we manage to fill your space, we can refund 100% for the class. Alternatively, you can send someone else in your place. Send us an email with the person’s name and contact details. All cancellation requests must be made via our contact us page
In the unlikely event of a class being cancelled, we will endeavour to give you as much notice as possible. You will be given a refund in full or offered a place on an alternative date. We do not accept liability for travel or other costs.
In the event that the class doesn’t have enough participants to run, we may have to cancel the class. A decision will be made on this one week prior to the class And you will be notified by email. In the case of a weekend class, two weeks notice will be given.
