This beautiful luxury velvet is light to medium weight and has a lovely, soft drape. The pile of this velvet is cut in a way that gives it an almost liquid lurex effect. It would be perfect for special occasions and parties. Use to sew dresses, jumpsuits and trousers - or how about a fabulous co-ord.
Eliza Luxury Silk & Viscose Velvet - Black is 20% silk and 80% viscose and is 90cm wide.
Dry clean only.
When ironing velvet, always iron the reverse side of the fabric. Lightly press and use plenty of steam to avoid crushing the pile. If the pile does become slightly crushed in transit, we recommend to lightly steaming the reverse of the fabric to return the pile to it's original condition.

We now sell all our dressmaking fabric in HALF METRE increments. The price is per HALF METRE. Enter 2 in the quantity box to buy 1 metre etc. All orders will be cut in a continuous piece.
