A blouse you’ll be happy to make more than once, because Elva has
plenty of lovely features in store. The elastic in the sleeves and hem
adds extra volume, while the stand-up collar and a polo placket
give it a bit of extra character. The tie in the underarm seam makes
it easy to roll up the sleeves for a more casual look. And we haven’t
