The Daïquiri high-waisted briefs combine everyday comfort with the delicacy of lace. This sewing pattern includes two versions.
Version A is a basic shape, composed of a plain fabric front and a back combining fabric and lace.
Version B is a little more refined, with gathers all along the back seam, making it possible to adapt to all body shapes.
SUPPLIES NEEDED
Suggested fabrics and fabric requirements:
50 cm (20") of two-way stretch fabric such as jersey, microfibre, stretch mesh.
20 cm (8") of 100% cotton jersey.
Notions: 2 m (2 yd) of plush elastic, 0.7 - 1 cm (1/4" - 3/8") wide for the waist and thighs; 1 m (1 yd) of elastic lace with one scalloped edge, minimum 7 cm (2 3/4") wide // Version B only: 20 cm (8") of elastic, 0.5 - 1 cm (1/4" - 3/8") wide for back gathers.
