A 100% boiled wool coating dressmaking fabric.
A wonderfully thick and cosy coating dress fabric in bright spring colours, boiled wool is a fabric made from 100% wool and then soaked and agitated so the fibres become more compressed and resistant. Use this structured coating dress fabric to make mid weight jackets, gilets and waistcoats. It is is suitable for patterns that require a raw edge in the design and will not fray if left unfinished.
Jules 100% Boiled Wool Coating - Grape is 100% wool and is 140cm wide and 380gsm.
Hand wash only with cool water and wool detergent. Do not tumble dry.
We now sell all our dressmaking fabric in HALF METRE increments. The price is per HALF METRE. Enter 2 in the quantity box to buy 1 metre etc. All orders will be cut in a continuous piece.
