A stunning clipped jacquard 100% cotton dressmaking fabric, woven in India featuring a blue shells on a pale blue stripe background.
This lightweight cotton dress fabric has a soft handle and is breathable, comfortable to wear and easy to sew.
This hand woven cotton dress fabric would be perfect for sewing into summer blouses, skirts, shorts and dresses.
Please note the shell design is at a right angle to the selvage so you will need to rotate your pattern pieces.

Due to the handcrafted nature of this fabric, there might be some slight imperfections, but we believe this only adds to the one-of-a-kind feel and the character of the fabric.
To care for the fabric, hand wash in a cold wash or wash using a delicate machine cycle. Line dry and medium iron.
We now sell all our dressmaking fabric in HALF METRE increments. The price is per HALF METRE. Enter 2 in the quantity box to buy 1 metre etc. All orders will be cut in a continuous piece.
