These long pins are equipped with a flat, flower-shaped head made of heat-resistant, yellow plastic and are specially tailored to the needs of patchwork and quilt work. This highly-stable connection between the stem and head for high stress and even. Its fine tip easily penetrates several layers of fabric without damaging the fibres - especially on delicate fabrics. The pins’ flat heads even let you easily iron over them.

    These are really nice, long pins with a fine point that are easy to pick up. They're best with light fabrics. Because the pins are a bit flexible they're not great with thicker fabrics - it's too hard to get the needle back up through the thicker fabrics. Unfortunately they aren't as heat resistant as they claim as I easily melted a few with my iron. Still, these are easily my favourite pins right now.
