The Uma is here to accompany you on fun summer days! It is designed for knit fabrics and can be sewn up as a dress or top. It features straps that run through channels along the side seams and scrunch up, making the strap and side seam length adjustable and adding ruching to the sides. The bodice is lined, giving you clean finishes on the inside as well as a bit of extra support. The dress view features a gathered skirt and a drop waist. On both views, the hemline is rounded and comes up slightly on the sides.The Uma is perfect for warm daysin the park, brunch with friends,or wandering around at a museum.
Fabric Recommendations:
The Uma is designed for knit fabrics. You will need a fabric with at least 50% crosswise stretch. Because the bodice is so fitted, you will want to choose a knit with good stretch recovery. Knits with a bit of spandex or lycra are a good choice!
