Who is the class for?

This class is suitable for advanced beginners. You should already know how to sew and have completed a few dressmaking projects.

What will you learn?

  • How to take measurements for a swimsuit.
  • How to cut stretch fabric.
  • How to work with swimwear elastic.
  • How to finish seams

What will you need?

  • Fabric and optional lining and/or power mesh. (Please see the size charts for fabric requirements).
  • Thread for your preferred variation.
  • We will not be inserting the optional cups in this class because they require a more intimate level of fitting.
