The Atomic pant is a flat-fronted, high-waist trouser pattern with button detail for some vintage flair.
The wide-leg trousers with a 3/4 length gives them a modern twist.
You can wear it with heels, flat shoes or even with a pair of sneakers for a casual look.
DIFFICULTY: suits intermediate sewing levels
FABRIC: For a summer, thick linen or cotton fabric would be ideal. It could also be made in denim or woollen fabric for the winter time.
Recommended yardage for a 140cm wide fabric:
- 150cm for T34 and 36
- 190cm for T38 to 44
Other supplies:
- 6 buttons about 2 cm in diameter
- Iron-on for enforms
- 1 spool of thread
